“Una tragedia che non ha parole”

 

 

Dal 19.04.2010 e fino all’8 maggio su tutti i mezzi pubblici della Capitale (Autobus e Metro) muniti di video schermo sarà trasmesso, in formato spot, la campagna di sensibilizzazione: UNA TRAGEDIA CHE NON HA PAROLE.

 

La campagna lanciata nel 2007 dal Consiglio per la comunità armena di Roma comprende

 900 Autobus con  1.800 schermi  e 45 Treni Metro Linea A e Roma Lido con 1.980 schermi e avrà la durata di 10 -15 secondi a ciclo ripetuto ogni cinque minuti.

 

Una campagna unica nel suo genere viene riproposta in occasione del

95° anniversario del genocidio armeno del 1915.

 

Il manifesto reca la dicitura “95° anniversario – Genocidio Armeno – 24 Aprile 2010 – UNA TRAGEDIA CHE NON HA PAROLE”.

 

Sullo sfondo un primo piano di un uomo con la bocca cucita e gli occhi chiusi: un chiaro riferimento al silenzio che per lunghi anni

 ha caratterizzato l'immane tragedia che subì il popolo armeno agli albori del XX secolo

e che la sottocommissione dei diritti umani delle Nazioni Uniti aveva definito nel 1973

«il primo genocidio del XX secolo».

 

 

 

Launched the sensitazation campaign

 

“A tragedy that has no words”

 

 

From 04.19.2010 till May 8th on all public transportations of the Capital

(Autobus and Metro) provided with  with video screen

will be transmitted , in spot format, the campaign of sensitazation: A TRAGEDY THAT HAS NO WORDS.

 

The campaign launched in 2007 by the  Council  for the Armenian community of Rome comprises

 900 Autobus with  1.800 screens  and 45 Trains Metro Line A and Rome Lido with 1.980 screens

and it twill last  10 -15 seconds per cycle repeated  every five minutes.

 

A unique campaign  in its gender is re-proposed in the occasion  of the

95° anniversary of the Armenian genocide of 1915.

 

The manifest  bears the wording “95° anniversary – Armenian Genocide – 24 April 2010 – A TRAGEDY THAT HAS NO WORDS”.

 

On the background a close up  of a man with his mouth stitched and his eyes closed: a clear reference to the silence that for many years

 has characterized  the appalling tragedy suffered by the Armenian population at the beginning of the XX century

and that the sub commission  of the human rights  of the United Nations had defined in  1973

«the first genocide of the XX century».
