2021 marks the 110th birthday of American-Armenian composer
Alan Hovhaness (1911-2000)
To celebrate this anniversary, the Armenian Cultural Foundation in Arlington (MA) in cooperation with Amaras Art Alliance and Friends of Armenian Culture Society is organizing a Zoom event featuring insights into Hovhaness’ compositions by renowned academics and music performances by international soloists.
It will be an occasion to reflect upon one of the most exciting and original composers of the XX century.
